Inouye International Airport Reef Runway due to a discharge of partially treated sewage effluent from the Naval Facilities Hawaii Wastewater Treatment Facility outfall. Duration of discharge: approximately 3.5 minutes Volume: 14,000 -14,600 gallons Cause: power outage leading to a bypass of the ultra violet disinfection system Power has been restored.
